Publication
An important consideration in our planning is how our results can flow back through the local and professional community.
1. Reporting to the Board of Directors
The Board will receive regular reports from the projects, and a digest of results at the conclusion of research.
2. Parents and community
The College will publish the outcomes of the projects to the community through the college website and newsletter.
3. Academic journals
Through our associations with University of Wollongong and Sydney University, we will look for opportunities for our research to be subjected to academic scrutiny and published in journals.
4. The Coalition of Knowledge Building Schools
St Mary Star of the Sea College has agreed to host the annual Coalition Conference in November this year. To be held in the Bede Polding Learning Centre, the conference will be a forum for our project leaders to present the findings of our research.
